PAVING & DRAINAGE
Sylvan Ave, Dallas, TX
Project included reconstruction of approximately 3,300 LF of four-lane divided roadway with dual dedicated cycle lanes along Sylvan Avenue from Fort Worth to Singleton in South Dallas. Additional scope included design of associated drainage, utility, streetscape, traffic signals, 2 bike lanes, sidewalks, and illumination improvements and development of associated erosion control and traffic control plans.
Traffic Engineering Services
• Developed traffic control plans to minimize potential disruption to numerous commercial businesses located within the project limits during construction.
Paving Design Services
• Prepared design plans for reconstruction of approximately 3,300 LF of 54-foot wide, concrete pavement, driveways, sidewalks and barrier free ramps.
Drainage Design Services
• Designed approximately 1800 LF of storm drain system. Required utility coordination efforts to identify location and elevation of franchise utilities.
